I am looking in to addressing my stock pluged up exhaust system(on a 96 COBRA). I really want to go with full length headers to take advantage of the huge gains from exhaust alone. My buddie went with SLP full length headers on a 98 COBRA. He was surprised to find that with only a cold air intake, K&N and complete exhaust he gained a full 46 hp to the rear wheels !!!!!! WOW. I dont have $ 850.00 to spend on headers alone from SLP. Any suggestions or links for cheap headers ?

modulars fitments are pretty damn good. Havent heard to many complaints in the fitment area but a while ago mac did have a problem with the weld slag was getting sucked back in and scarring the cyl walls, causing oil loss. I believe this was fixed though. Was only a 4v issue however

im in the middle of a bbk long tube install and i must say the fitment is pretty nice and they arent badly priced at 500$ for the ceramic coated and i got an o/r x for 175new so its not too bad
