Keith,
I have the Turbo Horsepower kit, not the HP kit. I know that sometimes people get confused between the two, but there are more than a few differences between the two kits. If you have any other questions, let me know and I'll try to help answer them for you. If not, the guys @ Turbo Horsepower provide first rate customer and would be able to help out. :)

762 @ 22psi ... that’s low...
my old setup made just about the same at a much lower psi level,
and Bill's TT made over 750+ @ 15psi and over 800+ @ 19 ...
so what’s wrong with that guy setup? I know HP systems makes
better power at that psi level ... so what gives?
anyways I like Bill's Turbo Horsepower setup much better than HP's .. IMO!!
you can see the power under the hood and not hiding like some gay TT setup.

There are a couple of guys running as much as 23-27PSI on the stock motor with C16 in the tank and still together yet. IMO, 22-23 should be plenty, but if you are considering a new motor or freshening yours up then let it rip. What some people don't realize is just how powerful these cars can be on just 20PSI. I have the DSS Level 5's in my car and have not had any troubles at all. As far as the stock halfshafts go, that is a hard one to gauge. Best wishes to you..... :)

Thanks J, I appreciate the nice words brother. I was involved in the tuning of one of the very early HP TT kits on a stock motored 03 10th anniv. vert and he made 812RWHP/835RWTQ on like 22 or 23PSI . This was with their Twin 50's and his motor had never been opened up at all. I do see that due to the meter being pegged, they let out at 5,200RPMS, so there would be some more power left on the table. Good luck with the new set of twins lurking in the engine bay.

Some more good news about the Turbo Horsepower 2v kit that was dyno tuned today on 24 PSI/14* timing. These are the motor specs on the car as it is a stroker with higher compression, cams, heads etc. The impressive part is the car made 912RWHP/ 857RWTQ. The kit is their standard Twin 57MM with larger exhaust housings. Here is the mod list.......
Long block specs:
Power Heads Stage III stroker short block
302 CID w/ 9.33:1 compression
Kellog forged 3.75 stroker crank
Manley 5.85 H beam rods
Manley "Severe Duty" 24cc pistons
Heads:
Power Heads Stage II heads
Competition Porting
Ferrea forged SS valves-SVO spring package
540 X 540 X 225* @ .050" X 112* LSA
Reichard Racing Intake Mani
75mm TB

Keith,
The Turbo Horsepower kit comes standard with the Twin 57's and will make a ton of power. My motor of course is built, and I feel that somewhere in the 1,000RWHP range is what my car will make on 25-27PSI of boost. We redynoed my car last week on just 19PSI, being my new motor now has 3,000 miles on it and the car picked up 21RWHP & 21RWTQ on an even richer a/f than when we broke the new motor in. The old numbers on 19PSI were 847RWHP/757RWTQ & the new numbers are 868RWHP & 778RWTQ.
We turned the boost up and saw 27PSI before I had some troubles with what I believe to be the BAS or just the limits of the stock ignition and the car picked up OVER 100RWHP & 100 RWTQ on 27PSI@ 4,700RPMS( where we shut the run down) compared to when we made the 911RWHP & 804RWTQ on 23PSI when the motor only had approx. 200 miles on it.
I can easily blow the rear wheels off the car on low boost(15PSI) @ 80 or 90MPH and not even break a sweat. 1st gear is useless, you spin right through 2nd, powershift into third and the wheels are still screaming, and we haven't even discussed HIGH boost yet,LOL. These kind of power levels will show the other weak links in the car, and what you will need to upgrade depending on how much power you want to make.
What I did with my car was sell off all of the parts I would no longer need and used those monies toward what I paid for the Turbo Horsepower kit. I hope this helps...Bill

Yup. I have a HP Stage II kit on my car. Made 740rwhp SAE at 15psi with a conservative tune (5.3L displacement).

We don't have any Mustang dyno's out here, just a couple of dynojets at this point in time. My buddy may be getting a new dyno though, and that may change sometime in the future. Thanks for posting the graph amigo.
