As a newbie to the 4.6 modular engine, I'm having a tough time finding out some of the basic specs for the engine.
The MAF I now believe is 80mm & the injectors I'm not sure of.
Any help & guidance would be appreciated. And if someone could point me to a source for this kind of info on the Mach 1 engine I'd be appreciative.
I hope to get my hands on a Ford Shop Manual for the 2003 Mustang soon.
TIA.

Get the FORD tech. CD software, the same software they use at the dealer service area,
yp you have to know someone.. mine have some type of ID on it, can't share but was not hard to get (just ask the tech for the old 03 CDs they get update every 4-6 moths, so try your luck at your local dealer ..
Fine the main tech. there, get to know him etc.. :) in some area is not a big deal anyways..

Thanks for the info guys! :)
I'll check into the cd thing too.
BTW, I was talking to "Vito" on the "Hotline" at FRPP this morning.
Surprisingly, he couldn't answer the questions himself. Says they get very few calls on the Mach 1 and nobody was asking questions like I was. Go figure. :shruggood
We talked quite awhile about warranty, bolt ons, gear change, factory hp ratings, etc. Very nice guy.
He wanted a report back from me on my planned change to the 4.30 gear. He says they would love to have some real world feedback from Mach owners and what they are doing to their cars. I suggested the hesitancy to actually admit to "mods" was quite possibly the result of "warranty" type issues.
He agreed that was probably the case and related he had "heard" of some service managers voiding a warranty for nothing more than a K&N drop in.
I'm still "interviewing" SM's in my area trying to get a feel for attitude on mods.
Thanks again for the feedback. ;)
