i wieght 190....i want 180. but I want to be tone, takes alot of work and effort, I have tried many times and I just get to cought up and to busy and start slacking, then i get back into it and its jut phases. I need more determination

I was doing 5 days a week until I picked up my Cobra in July. Between work and racing to MM after work for mods its hard to fit in gym.

Now that I got all the basic mods out of the way maybe I can get back to my gym routines.
