I have to say this sounds so so cool after seeing how fast your Cobra was last weekend. I do have one question. I hope this does not sound dumb. With the 5.2 motor will the rev limit still be the same or is there a downward shift of the redline ?

That's a good question, I would say the power band will probably move up a little, when they put it on a dyno we will see.

For the most part, adding the stroke will bring down the peak redline of the motor. The motor will make power at a lower rpm range. However, the big bore allows the motor to make more top end power. Therefore, when you add both together (big bore stroker), they almost cross each other out, which keeps redline/shiftpoints very similar to stock conditions. BUT, we also went with a more aggressive camshaft profile, which could allow the engine to make peak power higher still in the rpm range. The dyno will tell the story.....
