Just got my car dynoed, and just wondering what the other Bolt-on 2V's are doing? I put down on a Mustang Dyno 234HP and 270TQ on a hot motor, well that is what the (Tuner) said, and on a DynoJet I put down 281HP and 324TQ just wondering if that is good or NOT, for a Bolt-on GT? No heads, cams, electric water pump, or headers, but everythin else + I have been Dyno tuned on a Mustang Dyno, with 373 gears.. So are these GOOD Numbers? :shruggood

what exactly are your bolt ons?...i pulled 245/287 with a midpipe, catback, drop in k&n filter only, and 4.10s(untuned). If that helps judge(dynojet also). Unless you have some serious work i dont think tuners dyno jet numbers are on track because there is no way your pushing 324 torque

Your numbers would be LOWER if you have 4.10's

before my tune, (no tune) I put down 231HP with plenum,tb, O/R X, that is it! But my air/fuel was 16 so it was VERY VERY lean.

yea 4.10s take off a couple hp. My guess is dyno jet you should put down 265-270 rwhp and 295-300rwtq on a dynojet

higher the gear more heat and friction less hp. An example is the mm 05. It put down 306 to the wheels with 4.56's. With the stock 3.55's it would have put down around 320 probely

With the mods you have those #'s seem about right on a Mustang dyno. It's hard to compair mustang dyno depending on the info the dyno tech enters into the computer for the car. Some mustang dyno's will read what dynojets read. Dynojet's seem to give a closer compairson dynojet shop to dynojet shop since you don't enter any info on the car, just strap it down and run it. Now for the Dynojet #'s he gave, they are way off. With your mod's you'd be in the 250rwhp area. My car had blower cam's, LT headers, 3" dr gas off road x pipe, ultraflow cat back, builltt intake manifold, pro-m mass air, and a dyno tune to make 280rwhp with stock heads.

what company and stage blower cams? Just wondering how much diff there is between blower and n/a cams. I pulled 270 with stock heads, vt stage 2's, prochamber, bassani cat back, densecharger, plenum, t/b, but my a/f was in the mid to high 10s at times and low 11's the rest of the time. Also with 4.10s.

They were Houston Perfomance 292 S. I wouldn't go with them on an N/A application. I lost a good bit of low end power, and lost alot of torque. My car made 280rwhp, but only made 280rwtq.
We've installed these cams on other customers cars N/A that didn't lose as much torque. Now once the blower was back on these cams worked very nice for my combo!!
